Hello beauties!!!! I wanted to share with you this quick set of videos of my 3 favorite ab workouts. I do want to tell you beforehand that toned and sexy abs start in the kitchen, but if you're doing your part, these three exercises are VERY effective!
Plank-jacks--Basically any plank variation will help sculpt your abs, arms and with this particular exercise, you can also throw your booty in the mix of muscles you'll be working on. Do 3-4 sets of a total of 30
Inverted Abs--These are so amazing for your lower abs, which tend to be a difficult area to sculpt, especially for us chicas. Do 3-4 sets of 15
Russian Twists--I always like to use either dumbbells or a kettlebell to do this exercise, but if you're just starting you can get a great ab workout without weights. Be sure to aim towards the ground with your weight as you rotate from side to side and maintain total control--even if this means going slow. If you don't perform this exercise with core control you can hurt your back and be completely ineffective. Do 3-4 sets of 20
