So ladies it is no joke that the booty is very much in style and I will admit most of my workouts focus on this area and the belly--after all I am a latina with curves and after years of complaining about my curves being a little extra thick, here comes JLO to make us all embrace our curves.

This HIIT workout packs some serious cardio while working out you legs and peach. I did it with my daughter because it's just more fun to do it with a friend--keeps you motivated!
